Refund & Return Policy
At C&M Fabrics customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and uncut fabric only.
- Condition: Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom Cuts: Cut-to-order, customized, or clearance fabrics are not eligible for return or refund.
- Sample Fabrics: Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at info@cmdesigns.ie within the return period with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection: After receiving your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the item and packaging for faster resolution.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
